We came by with our sick cat without an appointment and were treated very friendly and quickly. ‘Feli’ received excellent and detailed treatment and she was given great help. We are really happy that we were always kept up to date about the condition of our cat and that we received great advice. Among other things, we have been given the feeling that we always have a contact person who is willing to help us in the best possible way. we are grateful that we have found such a great vet Team. We travelled here from Canada with our dogs and sought treatment for our oldest who has many health issues. From initial (immediate) contact online, to arrange an appointment before we travelled to the actual visit we are beyond impressed. The Vet, Nellie (apologies if misspelled) is a credit to her profession. We came for a specific issue but she gave a holistic assessment of our pet that revealed he may have been misdiagnosed by our long term Vet at home. Nellie inspired confidence and immediately impressed us with her knowledge; the most impressive is that she explained everything. She asked the questions our own Vet never asked. We only wish we had received this kind of care from our own Vet. Reasonable fees too. We already LOVE this clinic. We and our Yorkie boys are very thankful that we found this amazing clinic.

THIS IS ILLEGAL to use my name please remove it I came here due to the good ratings on google map :( If I could turn back the hands of time i would have never gone the saddest day of my life R.I.P my best friend you were Only 3 years old noone can ever understand the heartbreak this day brought to our family, She had a skin problem but there was no need for her to bleed to death barley walked out needed a push from the vet to get to the lift she seemed to be in alot of pain amd couldnt walk properly we thought it was due the the anestetic she died 3 hours later at an emergency 24hr vet i still dont understand why she bled to death from her stomach because of a simple nose biopsy which was just under 500€ Its so sad and traumatic my beautiful akita girl Mummy will always love you, We only wanted the truth nothing more it kills us to not know what happened in there as she was part of our family a question for vetpoint Why did my dog be sick blood in your clinic??? And why could she not drink water when we came to pick her up? BECAUSE WHEN YOUR ORGANS ARE SHUTTING DOWN YOU CAN NOT DRINK WATER HER ORGANS WERE SHUTTING DOWN ALREADY WHEN I CAME TO PICK HER UP YOU KNEW SHE WAS DYING BEFORE YOU SENT HER HOME WHAT OTHER REASON WOULD SHE BE SICK BLOOD?? DUE TO WHATEVER YOU GAVE HER THREW THE VIEN KILLED HER OR OS THERE ANOTHER EXPLINATION WHY SHE BLED TO DEATH LEAVING YOUR CLINIC??

Nelly es una excelente veterinaria. Ella ha salvado mi perro. Nelly’s atención a los detalles insignificantes es fantásticos. Ella ha trabaja muy duro para 4/5 días y noches consecutivas! Ahora mi perro es muchisimo mejor. En mi caso era un emergencia fatal de su corazon, pero Nelly trabajar y hablar con specialistas para enocontrar la problema. La clinica es como un hospital, muy limpio, muy tranquilo y puede relajar fuera con su perro en paz. Nelly habla Español y Inglés. En fin unos de los mejores clinica veterinaria he visitado. I have two dogs, a 13 year old Labrador Retriever and a 1.5 year old Spanish Water Dog. Because of my profession and experience, my criteria are high. I love Dr. Nelly and Dr Wiktoria, and their technicians. They are compassionate, knowledgable, caring and communicative. My senior dog Lola has had many health issues and Dr. Nelly and Dr. Wiktoria have been navigating them with full professionalism and extreme care. I could not recommend them enough!
