- "We brought a stray kitten in pretty bad shape to the clinic yesterday. The doctor that helped us was awesome! Kind, competent and she spoke excellent English. She took excellent care of the kitten and because we couldn’t keep him with us (we are tourists flying back today), she helped us find a solution by giving us contacts of local associations. Unfortunately everything was closed because of the festivities, but eventually we found a very nice couple in Elciego that is already taking care of many stray cats and that will take care of the little kitten. We saw many dead kittens on the streets, hopefully this kitten will have a better future, thanks to the kindness of these people."
